With ‘On Dirait Le Sud’, Brasserie Sauvage and Brasserie Toussaint have created a collaborative beer brimming with freshness and originality. This Saison, with an ABV of 5.6%, draws inspiration from a summery, southern European vibe through the use of Corsican clementines and fennel.
On the nose, the clementine comes through with a lovely citrus freshness. On the palate, the fruit gradually gives way to fennel, which adds a herbal note with a delicate hint of aniseed. This unusual combination gives the beer a particularly distinctive character, whilst retaining the thirst-quenching qualities of a Saison.
