Les Chais de MonkY (50 cl), born from a collaboration between the Katsbier Brewery and the Aux Cœurs Joyeux restaurant in Bailleul, is a triple beer aged in red wine barrels. It offers complex aromas of red fruits, vanilla and fine wood, with notes of caramel, black cherry and a hint of spice. Round and powerful, this 10% ABV beer combines a malty structure with the finesse of wine.

La Les Chais de MonkY (50 cl), née de la collaboration entre la Brasserie de Katsbier et le restaurant Aux Cœurs Joyeux à Bailleul, est une bière triple barriquée en fûts de vin rouge. Elle offre des arômes complexes de fruits rouges, de vanille et de bois noble, avec des notes de caramel, de cerise noire et une touche épicée. Ronde et puissante, cette bière 10% vol. allie structure maltée et finesse vinicole.
