Domaine Lafage, an iconic figure in Roussillon, presents a limited edition of 2,000 gift sets inspired by the contrasting landscapes of the Côtes du Roussillon Villages. Each wine comes from plots with unique microclimates:

• Le Crépuscule: Produced from mountain vines, this red wine (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan) offers aromas of black fruits, cedar wood and roasted spices. The schist soils andaltitude give it a robust structure and silky tannins. Powerful and long on the palate, it is the perfect accompaniment to rich dishes such as rack of lamb or game. Serve between 16 and 18°C.

• L'Aurore: Born from maritime plots, this red wine (Grenache, Mourvèdre) displays notes of black cherry, lavender flower and a touch of saltiness.The influence of the Mediterranean brings mineral freshness and aromatic finesse. Elegant and balanced, it is perfect with grilled fish or mature cheeses. Best served between 14 and 16°C.

• La Nuit: Made from vines exposed to the winds, this red wine (Syrah, Carignan) seduces with its aromas of cocoa, thyme and black pepper. The constant winds concentrate the berries, resulting in an intense and velvety wine, ideal for gourmet meals or contemplative tasting. Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Jean-Marc Lafage, a passionate winemaker, cultivates his vines using organic farming methods, with absolute respect for the terroir. Limited yields and ageing in oak barrels guarantee wines of great complexity.
