Alexandre Demarjory Medium Dry Champagne

Alexandre Demarjory Medium Dry Champagne

Alexandre Demarjory Demi-Sec Champagne: smooth and indulgent

Alexandre Demarjory Demi-Sec Champagne (75 cl ) is a cuvée designed for lovers of full-bodied, indulgent champagnes. Its sugar content, characteristic of the demi-sec category, falls within the regulatory range of 32 to 50 g/l. It offers a rounded, noticeably sweet palate whilst retaining the wine’s effervescence. This style pairs particularly well with fruit-based desserts, pastries and sweet-and-savoury dishes. Serve well chilled to appreciate its balance of freshness, bubbles and sweetness. An interesting alternative to brut champagne for occasions centred on conviviality.

Description

The Cuvée demi sec Cuvée Celeste from Champagne Demarjory (formerly Champagnes Jean Pierre Robert) is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A higher dosage when disgorged allows the wine to express its fruity side, it will be ideal to accompany a dessert. Grapes: Pinot noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%. Located in Les Riceys, in the Côte de Bars, the Robert Champagnes cultivate numerous plots of land in different towns, respecting the Champagne traditions.
