This Cabernet d'Anjou from Domaine de TERREBRUNE is a semi-dry rosé wine from the Loire region. the dress is a beautiful bright purple pink. the nose of this wine is marked by red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrant. In the mouth the fruity side of this Cabernet d'Anjou is confirmed, the presence of sweetness is there but does not hide other notes evoking citrus fruits including bergamot, but also a slightly spicy side like peppermint. This Cabernet d'Anjou is worth the detour as it twists its neck with the image of a basic sweet wine that unfortunately conveys certain wines of this appellation.
