Description
This Rosemont Pineapple rum-based liqueur was made from Costa Rican Pineapples. The finely crushed Pineapples are then macerated with white rum in new French oak barrels. The resulting blend is then distilled in order to concentrate all the aromas. The distillate obtained is finally blended with a rum. A touch of caramel and fragrant matricaria, an aromatic plant from Canada which gives off a pineapple scent, are added.
