Description
The Montreal distillery was invented by 2 passionate friends. It is by combining innovation with intense and unique flavours while combining tradition and know-how that this distillery has become a great success. It is the first distillery in Canada to use double-distillation Charentais stills to sublimate the aromas.
This rum is blended from the finest pieces of flesh and skin of the 100% natural pineapple. The skin is distilled in the famous Charentais still, while the cherry is pressed to extract the juice. Matricaria is then added to the blend before the whole is left to macerate in new French oak barrels. Pineapple stands out on the nose and palate, with notes of vanilla, herbs and cinnamon on the finish. Enjoy Rosemont Pineapple in cocktails, neat on ice or, more surprisingly, with chicken wings.
