Château Cazebonne’s 2022 ‘Comme en 1900’ Blanc is a Vin de France certified organic and Demeter, made from a blend of ancient and forgotten from Bordeaux, such as Mancin, Mérille blanc, Lauzet, Castets, Bouchalès, Saint-Macaire and Jurançon noir.

This white wine is characterised by its canary-yellow colour and a subtle bouquet evoking notes of potpourri, cinnamon and peach. On the palate, it offers a graceful texture, a certain richness (13.7°) and an originality of style and flavour, typical of these old Aquitaine grape varieties. Sauvignon Gris still slightly dominates the blend, bringing a This wine is part of the ‘Cépages d’Antan’ range from Château Cazebonne, which aims to reintroduce and promote the region’s historic grape varieties of the region, cultivated using biodynamic methods.
