Description
This Bourbon from the William Larue Weller distillery. This Bourbon distillery is one of the most awarded in the history of Kentucky straight Bourbon. It was aged for 12 years which is a very long time compared to the average aging age of a Wheat Bourbon. You will love its beautiful amber color, the nose is marked by mandes, grilled corn and vanilla cream. On the palate the sweetness of wheat (unlike rye) brings notes of toasted bread, caramel and morello cherry. the finish is slightly spicy and evokes raw cocoa and a beautiful woodiness.
