Big Moustache Tennessee Whiskey 70 cl – Bold American Whiskey
Big Moustache Tennessee Whiskey is an expressive American whiskey made in Tennessee. Its grain recipe consists of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. A three-day fermentation contributes to its distinctive production process. After distillation, the whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before being matured in new American oak barrels.
The whiskey displays a copper-coloured appearance. On the nose, smoky aromas are complemented by notes of vanilla and cedar. The palate is rich, full-bodied and powerful, with an aromatic character that leads into a notably long finish.
Bottled at 50% ABV in a 70 cl format, Big Moustache is well suited to enthusiasts who enjoy robust American whiskey. It can be served neat in a suitable glass or with a few drops of water to explore its aromatic nuances. Its bold profile also makes it an interesting option for whiskey-based cocktails.
Big Moustache offers a distinctive Tennessee whiskey experience, combining a corn-led grain recipe, charcoal filtration and new American oak maturation.
Description
Tennessee Whiskey Big Mustache 70 cl is composed of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. The distillation of the wash is only started after a 3-day fermentation. After distillation, filtration takes place over maple charcoal. The resulting distillate then spends 48 months in new American oak barrels. Then the whiskey is bottled at 50 ° without cold filtration or added coloring. Only 14 barrels were selected for this limited series.
