This Collection No. 16 cuvée from the Ayala champagne house combines the finesse of Chardonnay with rare grape varieties such as Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc.
These rare grape varieties illustrate Ayala's desire to revive their wine-growing heritage.
These vines are located in Grands and Premiers Crus vineyards on the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims: Aÿ, Avenay, Chouilly, Cramant, Cuis and Oger.
2016 produced wines with great aromatic richness and remarkable ageing potential. This champagne has been aged at Ayala for 6 years.
