Description
Trimbach Riesling Reserve 2023 is a crystal-clear Alsatian white wine that will delight your palate. Made from selected plots in the best terroirs of Alsace, this Riesling stands out for its pale golden colour and brilliant highlights, heralding a highly complex aromatic palette. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lime, Granny Smith apple, flint and a touch of lime blossom, reminiscent of the minerality of great white wines, but with a typically Alsatian acidity and finesse.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and precise, with flavours of white peach, citrus zest and a hint of acacia honey. The long, mineral finish is carried by a lively acidity that makes it an ideal companion for oysters, salmon tartare or fish sauerkraut. This wine, vinified in accordance with the traditions of the Trimbach house, is a perfect representative of dry and elegant Rieslings, where the purity of the fruit and the mineral structure harmonise perfectly.
