CLAIRIN 2022 by Distillerie du ROCHER 70 cl 49.5%. This Clairin is a rum unique to Haiti, made from cane syrup. It is a single pot still produced from three varieties of sugar cane. The special manufacturing process gives it a distinctive nose with smoky, vegetal, spicy, toasted and earthy notes.
