A1710 Soleil de Minuit rum is a remarkable non-age-stated rum, created by blending rums from Martinique and Guadeloupe. This original cuvée combines agricultural and molasses rum profiles, selected for their richness and smoothness. Its ageing and maturation in ex-Cognac casks lend it a beautiful depth. On the nose, roasted coffee, candied fruit and forest floor notes unfold with elegance. On the palate, it is round and persistent, revealing notes of mocha, candied fig and cinnamon.

Description
Rhum A 1710 SOLEIL de MINUIT is an aged rum that offers a unique tasting experience as it combines the finest rums from Guadeloupe and Martinique. This remarkable bottle of rum is an edition composed of 6 rums, all aged between 9 to 13 years. After blending, the resulting blend is rested in 300-liter barrels that previously held Cognac. Just like its predecessors, it presents a smooth and fruity rum profile with a slightly more pronounced hint of spice.
