Ti CED Les Escales Pineapple, Dragon Fruit & Phu Quoc Pepper 36° 70 cl is a rum blend that stands out for its travel-inspired theme and original blend. This cuvée from the Les Escales collection takes rum lovers on a journey to Vietnam through a blend of local and exotic flavours.

Its distinctive feature lies in particular in its base spirit. The recipe is crafted from a pure Vietnamese cane juice rum, produced in collaboration with the Indochine distillery, renowned for its Sampan rums. The rum is then blended with three ingredients that define the character of this creation: pineapple, dragon fruit and Phu Quoc pepper.

The pineapple lends a rich, juicy and intensely tropical flavour. The dragon fruit, also known as pitaya, rounds the blend off with a more delicate and exotic profile. Finally, Phu Quoc pepper adds a subtle spicy dimension, without overpowering the fruit.

On the nose, the tropical fruit aromas come through with intensity, particularly the pineapple. On the palate, the rich fruitiness continues, whilst the dragon fruit becomes more pronounced. The finish gradually becomes spicier, with a gentle warmth and a slight herbal note.

With an alcohol content of 36% vol., this flavoured rum retains a lovely intensity and a real presence on the palate. It can be enjoyed chilled, neat or on the rocks. It is also well-suited to exotic cocktails.
