Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2016 is a celebration of elegance and nature, embodied in a bottle as sublime as its contents. This vintage, born of an ideal climate, combines the freshness of Chardonnay (50%), the structure of Pinot Noir (45%) and the roundness of Pinot Meunier (5%), sourced from the best vineyards in Champagne. 2016, marked by a sunny summer and perfectly ripe grapes, gave birth to a champagne of great aromatic complexity: white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, citrus zest and a touch of acacia honey harmonise with a vibrant minerality.
On the palate, the Belle Époque 2016 cuvée seduces with its balance between freshness and generosity. The fine, persistent bubbles envelop the palate with notes of Williams pear, vine peach and a hint of brioche.
