Description

Rivage Bleu Rosé 2025 HVE: a Mediterranean PGI rosé committed to environmental sustainability

The Rivage Bleu Rosé 2025 HVE 75 cl combines the pleasure of a fresh, fruity Mediterranean rosé with a recognised environmental approach. The HVE (High Environmental Value) label recognises farms committed to practices that promote biodiversity, crop protection and the minimisation of environmental impact.

This rosé comes from the vineyards of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, in Provence, where the plots are situated at altitudes of between 360 and 420 metres. The soils are mainly clay-limestone in the valleys, whilst certain plots situated on the slopes of Sainte-Victoire feature soils composed mainly of bauxite, sand and marble.

The Rivage Bleu cuvée is based primarily on Grenache and Cinsault, two grape varieties emblematic of Mediterranean rosé production. Grenache generally brings fruit and roundness, whilst Cinsault contributes to the finesse and freshness of the wine as a whole.

The winemaking process is designed to preserve the grapes’ aromatic freshness as much as possible. The harvested grapes are cooled before direct pressing, followed by cold settling. Fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 17 °C to enhance the expression of citrus and fruit aromas.

In the glass, the Rivage Bleu Rosé 2025 displays a pale, luminous pink colour. Its elegant nose reveals notes of citrus and red fruits. On the palate, it is supple, fresh and expressive, with a pleasant aromatic intensity.

This IGP Méditerranée HVE rosé is particularly well-suited to sunny days. It is naturally at home as an aperitif, but can also be enjoyed with Mediterranean cuisine: grilled fish, seafood, salads, Provençal dishes or grilled white meat.

Served chilled, ideally at around 10 to 12 °C, the Rivage Bleu Rosé 2025 offers a convivial and refreshing drinking experience. Its balance of fruit, freshness and suppleness makes it a wine particularly well-suited to summer meals, barbecues and occasions for socialising.
