Description
The first bottles of this Guignolet de Dijon coincide with the creation of Maison Gabriel Boudier. Its label has not been changed since. This Guignolet is the result of a long maceration in alcohol of black cherries and sour morello cherries. Almond flavors and sugar are also added to this maceration.
As a result, we find notes of almond and cherries on the nose and on the palate. It is often served as an aperitif, but is also a perfect base for cocktails and pastries.
