Champagne Lenoble V19 Dosage Zéro 75cl is a non-dosage cuvée that showcases the purest expression of the Champagne terroir. This brut nature champagne contains no added sugar, allowing the characteristics of the grape varieties and the soil to be revealed with precision.
The blend comprises 52% wines from the 2019 harvest and 48% from a perpetual reserve established in 2000. This method lends depth, complexity and consistency to the Lenoble house style.
This champagne is composed of 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay brings finesse and freshness, whilst the Pinot Noir provides structure and the Pinot Meunier adds a touch of fruitiness and roundness.
On tasting, the Lenoble V19 Dosage Zéro displays a brilliant colour and fine effervescence. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, white fruits and slightly toasty notes. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, with lovely tension and marked minerality.
