Ballyhoo Irish Whiskey is carefully bottled at the Connacht Distillery in the West of Ireland. This small batch resulting from the assembly of cereals mainly dominated by corn for 93% and malted barley for 7% is then aged 4 years in oak barrels before spending 6 months in barrels having contained Port Tawny.
