Grape variety

This champagne is a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay contributes elegance and finesse, while the Pinot Noir gives structure and power. Pinot Meunier adds fruitiness and roundness. Each grape variety is vinified separately before being blended, to get the best out of each. Ageing in oak barrels adds further complexity, enriching the aromas and flavours of the champagne.
