San Ghjuvà’s Terra Blanc is an invitation to discover the character of Corsican white wines through a cuvée that showcases the richness of the island’s terroirs. Classified as an IGP Île de Beauté, this dry white wine forms part of the Terra range, a collection designed to express the personality of carefully selected vineyard plots. Minerality, finesse and intensity are the key characteristics of this range, which reflects the influence of the Mediterranean climate and the Corsican landscape.

Behind the San Ghjuvà brand are three winegrowers, Jean-André, Jean-François and Jean-Noël, nicknamed the three Jeans. Their ambition is to offer a contemporary interpretation of Corsican wines, whilst respecting the island’s winemaking traditions. Their project is based on promoting local grape varieties and seeking authenticity in the expression of the terroirs.

Vermentinu, also known as Vermentino, is the iconic grape variety of Corsican white wines. It is distinguished by its aromatic profile, combining freshness with notes of citrus and white flowers. It can also develop nuances of white-fleshed fruit and a lovely mineral character. This character makes it a grape variety particularly well-suited to Mediterranean white wines, where the balance between ripeness and freshness plays a vital role.
