Carnival Barbados JoeyStarr Selection: a rich and full-bodied rum from Barbados
Carnival Barbados is a traditional Barbadian rum born out of a collaboration between JoeyStarr and Anthony Martins, founder of Old Brothers. Made from molasses, it is distilled in pot stills and column stills before being aged for 3 to 5 years in bourbon casks in Barbados’ tropical climate. Its nose reveals notes of coconut, vanilla, crème brûlée and cinnamon. On the palate, it is round, rich and delicately spiced, with flavours of caramel, cocoa and exotic fruits.

CARNIVAL BARBADOS rum 50 cl selection Joey Starr
This brand is the fruit of the collaboration between Joey Starr and Anthony Martins of Old Brothers rums.
This Barbados version is a blend of rums from the West Indies distillery, all molasses rums aged between 3 and 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks.
We liked the nose of exotic fruits, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon. The second nose offers notes of vanilla and citrus.
On the palate, the vanilla notes mingle with notes of caramel, decanelle, praline chocolate and clementine.
