The Waterloo Blonde Triple 75 cl is a characterful Belgian beer that combines brewing tradition, rich aromas and controlled strength. Brewed using top-fermentation, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, which helps to develop the finesse of its aromas and the complexity of its flavour profile. With an alcohol content of 8 per cent, it perfectly embodies the style of Belgian Triple beers, which are generous and expressive.

Visually, it boasts a beautiful, luminous golden-blonde colour, accompanied by a fine effervescence and a dense, creamy white head. The initial nose reveals fresh, yeasty notes, quickly complemented by fruity aromas. Green apple and lime blossom lend a delicate herbal dimension, whilst the hops contribute to the overall freshness.

On the palate, it stands out for its balance between the roundness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops. The initial flavours are clean, with a generous texture and a lovely aromatic presence. The malty notes lend a touch of sweetness, whilst the fruity and slightly spicy nuances prolong the tasting experience. The finish, fresh and lingering, reveals a pleasant bitterness that prevents any heaviness.
