Description
This Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Bailly Lapierre is obtained by maceration of Pinot Noir (85%) and Gamay (15%). The first grape brings the “vinous” character and the second very characteristic red fruit aromas. Wine of pleasure par excellence, it offers a nice freshness, all in finesse, with a light foam and an airy mouth ... Patient aged on average 12 months bottles placed on slats, in the constant natural freshness and the hushed light of the quarry underground limestone (during this period there is the birth of effervescence). The Caves of Bailly Lapierre, 430 winemakers bring their grapes to the cellar. The production rests in the immense underground galleries of an old quarry limestone. Did you know ?
