Description
The 2023 Pinot Noir Réserve Maison Trimbach is an exceptional Alsatian red wine, produced by Maison Trimbach, a family-run estate founded in 1626 and renowned for its artisanal expertise. This wine, made from 100% Pinot Noir, is sourced from vines grown on the region’s typical clay-limestone soils, which lend it a subtle minerality and great aromatic complexity.
On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of black cherry, fresh raspberry and sweet spices, with a subtle floral note. On the palate, it captivates with its balanced structure, silky tannins and notes of ripe red fruit, liquorice and light oak, leading to a fresh and lingering finish.
This Pinot Noir is perfect with red meats, game, dishes served in sauce or mature cheeses. Best served between 14 and 16°C, it embodies the elegance and expertise of Maison Trimbach, for lovers of fruity and refined red wines.
