The Kavalan distillery, located in Yilan, Taiwan, was founded in 2005. The distillery is renowned for its high quality whiskies, produced using traditional methods and with great care taken at every stage of the distillation process. Currently run by master distiller Ian Chang, the distillery continues to develop while respecting its traditions.
