At the age of 21, he won the competition for the Best Young Sommelier in France. he opened a wine bar in Paris, was a food critic and wine critic.
In 1997, he moved to the heart of Roussillon in Vingrau and bought vines almost by chance, to have fun, experiment and put into practice ideas that were asserted over his years of criticism. The time may have come to move from theory to practice .....
