This Jack Daniel's Red Dog Whiskey commemorates the beginnings of the famous Saloon the Red Dog opened by Jack Daniel himself in Lynchburg. This version of the famous Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey is made with 80% corn, 12% barley and 8% rye.
The two saloons the White Rabbit and the Red Dog were spared in the great fire of 1892 which devastated the southeast of the town of Lynchburg. During the reconstruction these two salons were the only places still able to serve customers. The people of Lynchburg are very attached to it.
