Description

The no added sulfur wine of Clos du Notaire made exclusively from the Merlot grape variety.

It is therefore not surprising to find fruit and voluptuousness in this wine. The color is intense and almost borders on black. The cultivation of this plot is very neat, it is almost an organic wine if we judge by the care given to these vines. the weeding is mechanical, the fertilizers used are natural, no insecticide is used.

The vinification of this very pretty Côtes de Bourg is done in stainless steel vats, with a relatively short maceration so as not to extract too much tannin. A little gem of fruit and suppleness.
