Oceanic Chardonnay of Limoux by Toques and Clochers. This Chardonnay of Limoux wine on the Océanique Limoux is an exceptional wine rich, fat, fresh and of a good length. It is vinified and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Océanique is a terroir oriented west which makes this "climate" is cool. The mouth of this Toques and Clochers is fat, fruity and woody, a real treat that can be compared to great white Burgundy.
