The palate is balanced with light notes of lime and pear. This medium dry cuvée head comes from the first press and aged on a latte for 24 months. It is really a product with an exceptional price / pleasure ratio, the comparison of vouvray champagne or vouvray champagne can sometimes be made !! The Cave des Producteurs de Vouvray was created in 1953, now they operate 400 hectares of vineyards, spread over the entire appellation.
