This red Côte de Provence cru classé Rimauresq has a beautiful dark red color, a silky nose marked by black fruits and a mouth with silky but present tannins, the notes of black fruits are confirmed in the mouth. A passage in a carafe is highly recommended if it is drunk on youth. This Rimauresq red can be paired well with grilled fish when drunk young. With a little more maturity it will be well suited to beautiful grilled red meats or small game..The cellar is half buried, and allows the grape harvest to be processed. The Rimauresq estate is located in Pignans in the Var, 20 minutes from Toulon. It covers 50 hectares at the foot of Notre Dame des Anges. The production of the estate has received the title Cru Classé. Rimauresq takes its name from the contraction of Real Mauresque, the Maures river, which crosses the Domaine Rimauresq.
