Some cellars are located below sea level, the entrance to some other cellars are under the prevailing winds and the doors remain wide open all day so as not to escape this influential neighborhood. After 10 or 15 years, this saline and iodized humidity gives the whiskey these remarkable touches. This whiskey has vegetal touches. This touch is rarely dominant but they always give a delicate personality. Hay, ferns, heather, freshly cut herbs, blackcurrant leaves, tomato plants or mint are all variants that you will find in this whiskey with vegetal notes.
