JACQUES TISSOT MACVIN from the Jura, the Macvin is a Mistelle, that is to say the assembly of grape juice of the year for 66% and one with a brandy of Marc destemmed more than 4 years of age for the rest. The robe is a beautiful golden yellow, the nose is powerful and offers hints of mirabelle plum, prunes, caramel and currants. In other regions this type of aperitif is Floc de Gascogne, Pineau des Charentes, Cartagena or Pommeau de Normandie even if the grape juice is replaced by the apple juice which is assembled at Cavados.
