Description
The Diplomatico single vintage 2007 rum is a rum from a single harvest. After distillation in iron stills and in “Ketlle Batch”, the rum is aged in the best bourbon and Single Malt barrels for around 12 years. In order to further refine the Diplomático single vintage 2007 rum thus obtained, it is placed in Spanish sherry casks for a further 1 year. The result is a vintage Diplomático rum from the year 2002 of a unique quality, with a golden amber color, a greedy nose with notes of leather, almonds and dried fruits, the palate offers aromas of tobacco leaves. , spices, vanilla and caramel and the finish is long with a hint of spice.
