Description

CHITA SINGLE GRAIN Japanese Whiskey, produced on the Chita Peninsula not far from Kyoto in Honshu Province. This single grain is the blend of three types of grain whiskeys (a light, medium and strong one) produced from corn. The nose evokes pastry notes such as crème brûlée and honey and floral notes, the mouth is very smooth and confirms the honey notes then develops sweat notes of wood and sweet spices. This Single Grain is aged in three types of casks, Wine Barrels, Bourbon and Sherry.
