Heaven Hill Distillery is located in Louisville, Kntucky and is the largest independent whiskey producer in the United States. Heaven Hill still uses the same strain of yeast that Earl Beam used in 1935. The corn used comes from the plains around the distillery. The Heaven Hill distillery uses the same proportions of cereals for the elaboration of all its straight bourbons, Elijah Craig, Evan Williams. This distillery also produces Mellow Corn, an 80% corn whiskey or Pama liqueur.
