This Fion Sherry is pale gold in color with a brilliant, limpid robe. The nose is marked by notes of yeast and fresh almonds. On the palate, this sherry is very dry and reminiscent of the Savagnin of young Jura wines. To drink accompanied by tapas based on fish, seafood. These wines are not to be kept and should be drunk young.

It is produced from the Palomino grape variety. This wine comes from Bodega Pagos Carrascal y Macharnudo.
